We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from other sources. We may obtain information about you or your property from public records (county assessor and recorder data, court records, tax records), data providers, skip-tracing services, and advertising platforms such as Meta. We may combine this with information you give us.

3. Calls, Texts, and Emails
By providing your phone number through the Site or one of our advertisements, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us, including through automated technology and prerecorded messages, as described in our Terms of Service. We may still send you transactional messages about an active transaction.
4. Cookies, Meta Pixel, and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. In particular, the Site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads, build audiences for advertising, and show you ads on Meta platforms based on your visit to the Site. Meta may combine the information collected through the Pixel with information in your Meta account. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy and your Meta ad settings, which you can review at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work properly without them. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many ad networks at https://optout.aboutads.info.
5. How We Share Your Information
Because of the nature of our business, we share information about you and your property with third parties in the following ways:
Cash buyers and investors. When we assign a purchase contract or market a property to other buyers, we share property details, and may share your name and contact information, with investors and buyers on our network.
Title companies, closing agents, and lenders. To complete a transaction, we share your information with title companies, escrow and closing agents, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
Real estate agents and business partners. We may share your information with licensed agents (including Indiana Ford Realty) and other real estate professionals or partners who may be able to help with your property, some of whom may have a business relationship with us.
Service providers. We use vendors to run the Site, send texts and emails, manage leads, store data, and deliver advertising. They process your information on our behalf.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to enforce our Terms; to protect our rights or property; to prevent fraud; or to protect the safety of any person.
Business transfers. If we sell, merge, or reorganize the business, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing with buyers, title companies, lenders, and partners as described above may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws; you may request that we stop such sharing by contacting us (see Section 9), though this may prevent us from purchasing your property.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your own information and do not send sensitive financial details through unsecured channels.
